Gambling Disorder Screening Day is a one-day event held annually on the second Tuesday of March during Problem Gambling Awareness Month.

Screening Day has helped identify individuals who might have Gambling Disorder and should seek further assessment.

We have included a PDF screening tool for personal use and/or to share with others to your discretion.

Those who opt to participate; simply send completed questionnaire to Lori Vallejos @ lvallejos@pol-nsn.gov.
